She Se Shaadi provides digital services (Membership) that are accessible immediately upon payment. As these premium features are unlocked instantly, we operate a Strict No-Refund Policy once a payment has been processed.
By purchasing a Membership, you acknowledge that you are paying for the use of advanced tools, unlimited messaging, and increased visibility. We do not provide refunds based on the lack of a successful marriage match, as marriage is a personal matter beyond the control of the platform.
Memberships are valid for the duration specified at the time of purchase (e.g., 1 month). Unused portions of a membership cannot be refunded if a member chooses to deactivate their account before the expiry date.
If you have been charged twice for the same transaction due to a technical error, please contact Administration Support with proof of payment. In such cases, we will investigate and issue a refund for the duplicate charge only.
If an account is suspended or banned for violating our Terms & Conditions (fake profiles, harassment, etc.), no refund will be provided for any remaining membership time.
